Even if you keep your boat on a boat lift,

A simple extension of the discharge hose
is all that is needed to keep your bait alive
while your boat is on your boatlift.

1. Place the water supply house from the BaitAlive unit into the livewell.
2. Completely submerge the unit into the water.
3. Connect the ground fault plug to the dock-side electrical supply.
4. Secure the unit to the boat or dock.

HELPFUL TIPS

• If you are going to keep your bait longer than overnight you must feed the bait or it will die. Like any living organism live bait requires nutrients to live. Use any type of tropical fish food once a day to maintain your bait in healthy condition.
• Separate your live shrimp from your live baitfish. The shrimp attack the live bait.
• If you store your boat on a boat lift you may need to obtain an extension for your discharge hose from your local hardware store.

WARRANTY

The pump in your BaitAlive unit is manufactured by Cal Marine (1-800-225-1339) and is guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of purchase. All warranty related pump repairs will be made by Cal Marine. All other components are warranted for 90 days by Bait Alive LLC. Please contact Bait Alive for warranty information.
